Why was I charged during my free trial?

When you begin your free trial, Jobscan places a temporary $1 authorization hold on your payment method. This is not an actual charge—it’s a standard practice used to verify that your payment method is valid and can be charged once your trial ends.
The authorization hold is usually released within 24 hours, but depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to 7–10 business days to disappear from your account.
