Why can't I perform a resume scan?

There are several common reasons why a resume scan might not work properly.

1. Unsupported File Format- Please make sure you use: .DOCX, .PDF, or plain text (.TXT)

2. Scan Limit Reached-

  • Free plan users have a limited number of scans per month

  • Once you reach the monthly scan limit, you’ll be blocked from performing additional scans unless you:

    • Wait for your free scans to be credited.

    • Upgrade to a Premium plan for unlimited scans.

3. Corrupt or Damaged File- Sometimes the resume file may be corrupted or contain hidden formatting issues that prevent it from uploading or parsing correctly.
