I signed up for Jobscan Premium, so why doesn’t my account show the plan?

This issue can occur for a couple of reasons:

  1. LinkedIn Email Change:
    If you signed up for Jobscan Premium using your LinkedIn account and later changed your primary LinkedIn email address, our system may not recognize your login. To fix this, you can:

    • Reset your password and log in using your original email address and new password.

    • Or, revert your LinkedIn primary email back to the one used during sign-up.

    • If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at support@jobscan.co.

  2. Multiple Accounts:
    You may have accidentally created a second account using a different email address, which is on a Free plan. Try searching your inbox for your Jobscan Premium welcome email, which contains the email address linked to your Premium account.
