When do I get my free monthly scans?

To receive your free monthly scans, make sure your email is verified and you’re on the Free Membership plan. You can confirm this on your Account Settings page.
Free scans are added every month on the same day you originally joined Jobscan. For example, if you joined on May 20th, your next scans will be added on June 20th, July 20th, and so on.
Unused scans roll over until you reach a maximum of 5 unused scans. To continue receiving new scans each month, be sure to use the ones you have.
